Florida’s Job Creators Endorse My Campaign

• Today, I was honored to receive the endorsement of the Associated Industries of Florida.  Known as “The Voice of Florida Business” in the Sunshine State, Associated Industries of Florida (AIF) has represented the principles of prosperity and free enterprise before the three branches of state government since 1920.

  AIF is a voluntary association of diversified businesses created to foster an economic climate in Florida conducive to the growth, development, and welfare of industry and business and the people of the state. 

  In an economic climate such as we are experiencing today, I know, as does AIF, that it will be private sector jobs, private sector capital, and private sector innovation that will grow America.  The members of AIF are our neighbors, friends, and small business owners.  They are the job creators, innovators, and entrepreneurs that build our communities and fund our charities.  They are the economic engine of our great nation and they are under attack by a federal government hostile to American capitalism.

  I am proud, humbled, and energized by AIF’s endorsement and pledge, when elected, to do everything in my power to ensure that government gets out of the business of business, and let America’s small business rebuild our economy.
