“I am honored to have the support of Congressman Rooney, Congressman Lincoln Diaz-Balart, and my former Florida House colleague, Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart. Congressman Rooney is a veteran of our armed forces and the kind of conservative leader Washington needs. If I am honored to serve with them, they and the Cuban people will have a friend in District 12. To have the support of these leaders adds to our momentum in this race and is a strong signal to Speaker Pelosi that the voters of Florida will decide this race on our values, not liberal Washington DC values.”
